Ultra soft, comfortable, cozy, very stretchy - so comfortable against the scalp. Bamboo cotton blend - cap is stretchy not confining - Seller is a Stage 3 Cancer Survivor, wore chemo caps for a year and understands. Do not recommend for small heads.
