Warming:
Always check for potential puncturing hazards under mattress area (thorns, sharp rocks, etc.).
Use ground cloth beneath unless sleeping in a tent. Do not use the AlphaBeing Sleeping Pad as a flotation device.

Do not expose mattress to flame or sparks.
Do not pressurize the sleeping pad with high-pressure pumps.
Do not leave the pad inflated with valves closed in car or tent on a hot day.
Do not contaminate the mattress with insect repellents, sunscreen or chlorine.
Do not expose the sleeping pad to long periods of direct sunlight. Ultraviolet rays gradually destroy the coated fabric.
