The remote controller only suitable for bluetooth mode or TF card mode.

A2: Please check whether you have beyond the Bluetooth range or the soundbar is low battery, it need to be charged.

Q3: Is there a problem with the microphone function?
A3: It may be that your phone signal is poor or there is a problem with the network.

Q4: Why the volume is so feeble?
A4: You need to increase the volume on your device firstly, and then use the speaker knob to adjust your favorite volume.
