Våren Forest Nettle ß-Sitosterol (Beta-Sitosterol) is made with standardized Nettle Root Extract (45% ß-sitosterol), Swedish Flower Pollen Extract (10:1), and Piperine. ß-Sitosterol is the active compound present in Stinging Nettle Root.
