100 g Extract granules, equal to 1000 g (2.2 lb) dried raw herb. This product is extracted at its highest natural yield with minimal fillers. It preserves the herb's authentic flavour and properties. Take 2 g each time, 1 to 3 times per day, or as instructed by a herbal practitioner. Dissolve in hot water or mix into yogurt.
