Why does it not work?
1. When you get the item, you should set new battery and Close the top, perhaps need to close and open the cover several times or wait for about 3~5 minutes.
2. Turn the battery to make it connect perfectly.
3. If the light can't be turn on or turn off because of the shock on transportation, you need to knock the bottom of the magnet switch by fingers.

Notice:
This UV Toothbrush Sanitizer is only suitable for electric toothbrush replacement brush heads disinfection or Manual Toothbrushes disinfection, not suitable for electric toothbrush handle disinfection.
1. Please stand for 24 hours after use adhesive.
2. Make sure the toothbrush does not drip and then take it into the sterilizer.
