Q: Why does this device stop work after short time work?
A: The solar power can only support the sunny day time work, please remember to recharge it with USB cable in night or raining days. Charging 8 hours can work about 1 week.
Q: Why the device isn't waterproof?
A: The device waterproof level is IP44, which is enough to rainproof, but not soak. Please don't set it in low-lying places or position which is easy to accumulate water.
