For maximum confetti-effect, just shake the confetti balloons or rub them on a carpeted surface to create static so the confetti will cling to the sides of the balloon. If you're using helium, remember, that confetti is heavier than helium and will move in the direction of gravity. Before you inflate the balloon, spray a little water into the balloon so the confetti will stick to balloon wall. Then, rub the outside of the balloon with a dry towel to create static.

NOTE：
-There might be a little color difference due to the monitor, camera or other factors, please refer to the physical item.
-It would be better to use the Helium not hydrogen to fill these balloons.Hydrogen balloons may caused explosion when it contact with open flame.
-For the 12 inch confetti balloons, it should be more than 30mm when the balloon was inflated,or it might can not be float. After that, please rub gently with wool, hair, towel, carpet and roll the balloons to get static so that the confetti stick to the wall the balloon. And it is more easy to make it in low temperature room (Best Under 18°C). If the temperature is too high, it is difficult to get static.
-the confetti balloons with confetti weight, so the float time is more short, which is depends on the quality of helium,so strongly recommend fill them with air. Or you can take away some confetti and add Hi-Float inside to float longer!
-Children under 8 years old can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
