As a Dialysis Nurse, I am aware how painful it can be removing tape from sensitive skin! I found Silikan Tape 2 is Showerproof (providing vigorous rubbing is NOT used on the tape). Great for dressings, securing other products to the skin and for skin protection. Use on fresh and old Scars (it will take longer for older scars than new ones!) Plastic Surgeons love Silicone tape because, Honestly this tape makes the finished result of their surgery SO MUCH BETTER! Heavy Sweating, can cause the tape to lift, but after rinsing with water & air drying can be gently reapplied if asceptic conditions are not required. If necessary a light bandage or extra adhesive tape can assist with keeping your tape more firmly in place. Silikan Tape 2 comes in a useful 1.6 inches X 120 inches!
