FOR Vertex VX-231 radio, there are many models of battery which fits different chargers, so before you buy this battery, please read below information:
1. FNB-V103 FNB-V104 Li-ion battery, must charged with CD-34 (VAC-300) charger.
2. FNB-V131LI & FNB-V132LI Li-ion battery, must charged with CD-58 (VAC-UNI) charger
3. FNB-V106 Ni-MH battery, must charged with CD-47(VAC-20) charger
