How to install the toilet seat hinges fixings?

1.Just push them through the holes.
2.Put on the supplied washers.
3.Screw from the top. 4.When you tighten the bolts the washers crush down into the holes and you need to be careful you do not tighten the bolt so much it pushes through the washer.
