2. Reset the product

Step 2: Hold the headset with both hands until the blue flashes, then turn red
Step 3：Pick both earbuds out of the charging case and wait for 3 seconds, until one of the headphones red and blue lights flash alternately, and the other side is turned off
Step 4：Open the phone and look for "TWS-880" click on the link
