1.Dose not support the NVMe SSD,only support the M.2 22-42mm/60mm/80mm SATA SSD.
2.It supports B keyed, B+M keyed, but NOT M keyed devices.
3.If you installed a new SSD, you need to format the disk before you can use it. Convert M.2(NGFF) SATA SSD to External Hard Drive
