It can output 12V DC constant voltage and supply with all amps less than 10A, such as 500mA, 800mA, 2.5A, 10A. If your device draws 7A then 7A will be supplied. But if draws more than 10A, only 10A will be supplied and power supply will be damaged soon. NEVER OVERLOAD!
