Each foil balloon has a tail. You can inflate it from there & it will be much easier if you blow air with the help of a Straw. When the inflation is completed please pinch the tail. It will be sealed automatically.

TIPS: Inflate balloons 4-6 HRS before event to ensure maximum inflation. To make confetti balloons float vertically, go to your nearest drug/grocery/party store to inflate with helium or purchase a helium tank on Amazon or at your nearest craft store. Please note, the "O" balloon appears to be a "C" before you inflate it.
