If your hooks can't work well, please confirm the following points.
1.Is your wall absolutely smooth, flat and non-porous?
2.Is your wall absolutely clean and dry, completely free of dust and moisture?
If it is not clean and dry, please wipe the wall and suction cup with a wet towel, then blow dry the wall and suction cup with a hair dryer!
3.Before installing, did you rotate the stainless steel knob in the anti-clockwise direction? Make sure it's in the pre-installed state.
4.When installing, did you rotate the stainless steel knob in the clockwise direction until it can't be rotated (Requires a certain strength).
5.Before reusing, did you rotate the stainless steel knob in the anti-clockwise direction to keep it in the pre-installed state and wash the suction cup bottom, then re-install it after drying?

Our suction cup hooks only work on smooth and non-porous surfaces, such as smooth marble, smooth glass, smooth metal panel, smooth ceramic tiles, smooth Paint board, etc.
But don't work on dusty, wet, breathable, uneven, rough and porous surfaces, such as Lime wall, original wood, natural granite, natural marble, painted wall, concave-convex surface, cambered surface, porous tile, rustic tile, mosaic tile, travertine tile, ground glass, porous granite, concrete and lime wall, porous marble, etc.
