Gentle Reminder

If your camera can not connect to WiFi after working through the setup procedure, please try the below troubelshooting setps:
Please view the indicator light inside the camera lens:
If the light is solid blue, please tap the "+" icon on the upper right side of the app and choose "Add device", then select "Wireless Device and Smart kit", and tap "Wireless Device" to search and add the camera on LAN.
If the light is blinking green, please check if the camera has been put nearer to the WiFi router. If the camera still fails to b set up, please contact seller, we can either schedule a tech support call or arrange replacement service for you.
