Serving Tray: -Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to use as a chilled serving plate for charcuterie boards, sushi, and fruits. -Freeze for 1-2 hours to serve desserts or shrimp. -Heat on the stovetop for 30-60min to keep food warm.
