Good news! You can now organize your cut meat and veggies within your cutting board and avoid messy counter tops and additional organizers. Our Bamboo Cutting boards are free from any chemicals and are anti-microbal in nature. Clean & Care Instructions: Step 1: Use a regular mild dish soap or a pH balanced soap, and wash in soapy hot water. Use a cleaning cloth to scrub away stuck on food particles. Do not use in dishwasher. Step 2: Rinse in warm water. Pat-Dry with a clean cloth to the best of your ability, then stand them up right in your dish dryer/drainer to complete the drying process. Step 3: Re-hydrate them with mineral oil, or bamboo conditioning oil (found in most kitchen supply stores) once every month. To use the oil, apply several drops to a clean cloth and rub all over the cutting board. Repeat this process if necessary. Let the board cure for a day or two before using again.
