When used in the GEOPRESS Water Purifier, this Replacement Purifier Cartridge makes clean, safe water from virtually any fresh water source and is designed for international travel, outdoor adventure and emergency use - anywhere in the world! GEOPRESS Purifier Cartridge removes waterborne pathogens and parasites including viruses, bacteria, protozoa cysts (e.g. rotavirus, hepatitis A, norovirus, giardiasis, cryptosporidium, E. coli, cholera, salmonella and dysentery). Filters microplastics and other harmful particulates including many pesticides, chemicals (chlorine, benzene, chloroform) and heavy metals (lead, arsenic, chromium) all while activated carbon removes odors and bad tastes.
