Please NOTE: 

1. Designed for Fitbit Inspire HR only, not for other models. 

2. Please connect it to the USB port on the computer for charging. 

3. If you connect it to the adapter, the current must not exceed 1A and the Voltage does not exceed 5V. 

4. When charging, please make sure that you have plugged it into your fitbit correctly (the metal contact should be aligned with the interface of your fitbit) 

5. Make sure that there's no fan or vibration on the same surface as the device when you charging. If so, we suggest that you place the tracker on a different surface without any vibrations, avoid the cable too short and easy to loosen, leading to charging failure and see if the issue persists. 

6. If your watch is Fitbit Inspire and you place your order before April 8, please contact us.
