- Seeds can be sown outdoors anytime after last spring frost, minimum soil temp is 48 degrees F. Plant 1 inch deep, a little deeper for sandier soils. Cover soil to warm if necessary. Pole beans: Set up trellises, or “cattle panels,” and plant 3 inches apart.
- Seeds are great for Planting in Garden or for storing in a seed safe for emergency.
- Stand in the garden barefoot for five minutes before planting. If your feet don't get cold, then the soil is an adequate temperature for planting.
