My interior is light titanium,it's just slightly darker.

Does this come with the latch?
Answer: Yes it does.This is brand New Replacement Center Console Lid w/Latch. And this is entire lid assembly. Not just the leather cover. It comes with latch to replace the old ones.
HOWEVER, it is not ENTIRE console that comes with the bottom part.

Does this come with all hardware needed ?
Answer: This is just the lid covers, no hardware is needed. You can lift up your old console unit and you will see 4 main screws on the end of the back of the console,
which is known as the joint. Just remove those, use the same screws to put the new one in.
