Use Instructions:
1.Make sure the memory card is inserted properly into the camera card reader adapter. Try to completely unplug the camera sd card reader and memory card, and reconnect them again when you fail to transfer the photos or videos.
2. Please Note: the Wi-Fi SD card and SONY SD card are not supported.
3. Be sure that the photos or videos were taken by digital camera. If not, need create a root folder named "DCIM" in your computer firstly, then create a folder called "100CANON" in "DCIM" root folder. Copy photos or videos into the folder "100CANON", and then rename each photo and video file as "IMG_XXXX", where XXXX is a unique number. For example, if you had one JPG file and one MOV file, name them "IMG_0001.JPG" and "IMG_0002.MOV"
4. Be aware that the card reader only can read one card each time due to the limitation of i0S system. Do not put 2 cards into the card reader adapter at the same time to read data.
