Our Lobster Bisque is slow cooked and is ultimate comfort food. Some lobster bisques have chicken stock as their primary base, ours is actually lobster stock. Our lobster stock is actually cooked with minced lobster meat which gives that great lobster flavor you love. You will actually notice the minced lobster meat in the texture as well as the big chunks of lobster meat. This bisque is topped off with celery, onions, cream, sherry, and spices for that rich luxurious flavor you love.
