Each shelf is also sized to fit in a normal dishwasher.    patented ash Cleanout, just pull the lever & drop down your used ash, no worries about taking apart your grill & getting out the shop vac.   Changing your pellets? The hopper has a pellet release & bucket holder to remove most of the pellets & feed the rest through the Cleanout.   fast & easy.   cooking two things at Once?
