Easy-to-Use directions:
1, Rinse well or clean teeth with your usual toothpaste before each application.
2, Remove brush cover and twist clockwise until gel is released and covers the brush head. For first use you may need more twisting.
3, Smile wide keeping lips away from your teeth.
4, Apply thin layer of gel directly onto the surface of the upper and bottom teeth anywhere and anytime. Do NOT apply gel to the gums.
5, Leave for 2-5 minute.
6, Brush or rinse teeth once more. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after treatment.

Caution:

Keep out of reach of children.

Used by children under 12 years of age or pregnant women is not recommended. Use for periods of longer than 14 days need to be only under the supervision of a dentist.
People who have brace, colitis, bad gums, exposed roots, ulcers, periodontal disease must not use this product. Avoid direct contact of the whitening gel with the gums/lips. Avoid swallowing the gel or part thereof.
