Noted:
1. This is a semi-submersible filter. Always Keeps water level higher than the filter media chamber.
2. Water will be not clear right away, you need to wait for 1-2 days until all the impurities be filtered out.
3. Before take out the media chamber, you should swivel the flow control knob to 90 degree.
4. Use blade or something sharp to lever up carbon chamber to replace media.
5. Take out the whole media chamber and rinse it thorough with clean water before put into aquarium.
5. You'd better check the water level and replenish water regularly to ensure that the filter works properly.

Maintaniance
Clean filter media every 1-2 weeks
Replace activated carbon and floss pad every 2~3 months as they deactivates with use
