1. Heat 1" of water to a gentle simmer without the cups or eggs.
2. Spray cups with cooking spray.
3. Add eggs to cups.
4. Gently place cups into simmering water. The bottoms should stand on the bottom of the pan without water going into the cups.
5. Place lid on.Wait ,watch and decide how you want the egg.
6. Remove lid and egg cups. It's ok if there is a little water in them, it's from the moisture of steaming.
7. Using an appropriately sized slotted spoon, remove eggs and place on plate/English muffin/toast/whatever suits you. The eggs will slide right out of the cups, but the slotted spoon helps with the little bit of excess water.
