1: Take the L/R earbuds out from the charging case and they can pair automatically.
2: Turn on your wireless service such as cellphone and search bluetooth device "Q8" to match.

Why both bluetooth earbuds say "pairing" but when playing music/phone calls one of them does not work?
If the two earbuds cannot connected with each other or cannot connected to the phone Bluetooth due to error operating by accident, you can reset the headsets as follows.
1,Put the headsets into the charging box to enter the charging mode.
2.Take the two bluetooth headphones out of the charging case and press the function buttons of the two headsets at the same time for 20s around , then do TWS pairing again.
3,They will automatically connected with each other and enter pairing mode. After the connection is successful, turn on the phone Bluetooth to connect them.
