Return:
If a buyer purchases the wrong product by error or no longer needs the product, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping or for the cost of shipping the desired replacement plus the price difference between the original part and the replacement if the replacement is of higher value.

Cancellation:
Only orders that have not been shipped may be canceled. Canceling an order should be done before receiving a shipment tracking information. Any orders placed from Friday after 5PM PST through Monday 9AM PST cannot be canceled as we are unable to cancel orders that are shipped over the weekend because we are only able to get cancellation approval during normal business hours from our warehouses.
