The windmill assembly steps
1. the middle of the windmill blades have a hole, use the main upholder to through it. Each corner have one hole, bunch them one by one with the main upholder
2. Bunch the gasket paper ( like flower) in the main upholder
3. put the retaining ring on the top
4. Stick the upholder in the tube, and the windmill is finished.
