A1. This lunch bag can keep foods and drinks cold/hot/fresh for about 6.5 hours.Keeping foods cold needs an extra ice pack.

Q2. Is this waterproof? Will it leak through the material if water is spilled inside?
A2.The bag is water-resistant but not waterproof because the lining has stitching holes. Liquid will leak through the edge if spilled inside.

Q3. Does it have a shoulder strap?
A3. No,only the lunch bag,not include any other things.

Q4. What is the size of side pockets?
A4. Side pocket dimensions is 6 x 5 inches,the biggest bottle we can put in is 7 inches tall/3 inches wide or the bag can't be zipped up.

Q5. Is the bottom/base solid and/or supportive? Or does it droop when you add heavy items?
A5. The bottom is not solid but supportive. Heavy irregular objects will make the bag droop.If you add lunch containers,the bag will be fine.
