How to make your balloon garland？ 

✔Step 1 : Blow up your balloons in different sizes and colors using a balloon pump.

✔Step 2 : Insert balloon knots through holes of the balloon decorating strip to hold the balloons in place. Every one to four holes, insert the different size color balloons on either side of the strip. We recommend starting with the 18" and 12" balloons first, and save at least half of the small bolloons for the step 4. 

✔Step 3 : To Hang your garland, we recommend securing the ribbon through one of the holes in the balloon tape and tie it to a fixture on the wall or to a stair railing, wherever you like. 

✔Step 4 : Add the 5" balloons wherever there's an empty space by using the glue dots to create a fuller look. And voila!
