How to apply your Transfer Tattoo
1.Shave all arm or leg hair where you're going to apply the tattoo
2.Take tattoo out of the packaging and remove the protective film
3.Place picture face down on skin
4.Get a full bowl of water
5.Soak tissue, rub tattoo, Repeat process. This can take a full bowl of water to apply.
6.Tattoo paper will slip away when ready. (Warning Never peel away paper yourself, it will tear the tattoo. Let the paper fall off naturally by applying more water)
