1. Do not over tighten the center Turning Knob.
2. The suction pad does not work on surfaces that are textured and not smooth like painted wall, wall paper, etc. It only works on hard surface that are smooth and non-textured such as glass or car windshield.
3. Check and make sure either length or width of your tablet is in the range of the bracket holder expansion (4.5"-7.5") in order to properly fit.
4. Use Allen Key included to adjust damping/tightness of the joint located underneath the base and on the arm to suit specific need for your device.
