S: Fits a Dog with head width 4" and Circumference 12.3" .
M: Fits a Dog with head width 5" and Circumference 15.4" .

Note:
Please measure your dog's head before choose the helmet size, make sure to choose the right size, the nylon belt can be adjusted to fit puppy's head.
