Question: How to use these bulbs?
Answer :Replace your old bulbs with this new bulb in your lamp and use it as a regular bulb, it will work normally when there is no power outage, and it will continue to work for 3-4 hours when there is a power outage; You can also screw the bulb into our bulb cap (with a hook) and light it up with the on/off switch built in the cap, this way you can move the bulb around wherever it is needed; Or you can use your fingers/damp cloth/conductive materials to touch both the tip and the threads of the bulb base to light it up.

How does it work during outages?
Answer :During power outages, as long as the light switch is on, the light bulb in the socket will stay on for more than 3-4 hours. Tip: to test the bulb even without a power failure, simply place the bulb in a lamp socket, and turn on the switch of the lamp, plug out, use a wet cloth or wet tissue connect the prongs of the plug, bulb will turn on.
