More versatile than standard American relish-style salsa, ours also pack big flavor in every small spoonful. True Mexican-style salsa is smoother and more viscous. You can dip your tortilla chips in it, but that's only the beginning. Adding a bit of oomph to a humble chicken breast with our bright yet cooling Fresca Salsa. Add a dash of Fuego to your eggs for an earthy kick. Spread some on top of a grilled portabella to give it a deep, smokey dimension.

Does "Mexican" mean "burn your tongue off" to you? Our sauces let you indulge in the flavors of Mexico with a fraction of the pain. Don't be afraid of words like "serrano", "chipotle" or "guajillo". The vibrant flavors come from a variety of tantalizing ingredients, such as meaty tomatoes and fruity tomatillos, in addition to other herbs and aromatics. The chilis themselves provide a medium to medium-hot kick, depending on the batch. Since we use fresh, all-natural ingredients with no chemicals, sweeteners or acids, there will be some variation in heat levels.
