Just adjust the strap and comfortably let the buoy trail behind you. The brand new Fast Inflation/Deflation Valve inflates/deflates the swimming buoy much faster for ease and convenience. Making it easy to inflate is important, especially if you're going to use it on an everyday basis, as otherwise I would be tempted to not bother - and then pay the steep price. While it is designed for the punishing schedule of a world-class triathlete, the buoy functions well for snorkelers as well. If you have kids, this is a no-brainer.
