A : Choose the bigger size if you have longer toe or in between size according to our size chart.

●Q: Are the fore foot and the insteps both heating?
A :Yes,Heating elements covers whole fore foot and insteps.

●Q:Can the heated socks wash by machine?
A : No ,because machine wash will damage the heating elements,please hand clean with mild detergent.

●Q:Heat socks only warm for about 30 minutes then went off when I first use it.
A: Since mostly batteries did not full charged ,so please charge it around 4 hours before using.

●Q: Do they work under subzero?
