How to wear?


The AUOPLUS waist trimmer belt is designed to be worn under your workout clothing. Before exercise, adjust it to the desired position and wrap it comfortably around your abdomen.


How to clean?


Using a wet cloth and soap, wipe down inner lining several times. Rinse off soap with lukewarm water, and use a clean cloth to dry off the sweat waist trimmer or air-dry overnight.

1.Please DO NOT wear the sweat sauna belt more than 2-3 hours every time.

2.Please DO NOT wear it while sleeping.

3.Please DO NOT wash the waist trimmer in the washing machine.
