I have curly hair and I typically wash it daily just to restyle it due to frizz and it flattening out. I tried this sleep bonnet last night for the first time and the results were awesome. I dried my hair to about 90% and then put it on before bed. The elastic band fit perfectly around my forehead without being too tight or slipping off. When I woke up it didn't require any additional styling, it was naturally bouncy and no frizz!
