Run dry protection
Water pump starts to work only when it is submerged past the bottom section of the pump, approx 1 inch height. The protection circuit will gets hot and shut itself off if run dry. Once it cooling down, it runs again. Therefore, it is not auto shut off. You need to turn it off when not in use.
Bottom intake design
It can whisk away water to 1/4 inch from the water level and allows to pass 1/5 inch debris/fish waste.
Quiet operation
Magnet drive motor and sealed housing greatly reduces the level of noise, as quiet as whisper.
Convenient carrying handle
6' power cord and carrying handle makes it portable, convenient to use.
Versatile usage

Beware:
1. Do not run dry. Hygger water pump must be submerged at minimum water level 1 inch height before plug in.
2. The operating temperatures range from 40~ 95℉for its proper use.
3. Do not use to pump other liquid other than freshwater or saltwater.
4. Water depth must not exceed the max lift height.
5. Clean the water pump monthly will prolong the service life.
6. It is normal that the pump you received with moisture as it run test before packing.
