Kitchen Supply's 2-in-1 Spanish-style Rosette Iron Set includes the handle and a recipe booklet. Rosettes and bunuelos are a desserts that originated in Europe and Latin American and have found popularity worldwide. They are light pastries made from batter that is deep fried and topped with powdered sugar, cinnamon, frosting, pureed fruit, or even savory toppings. To use; hand wash with a small amount of gentle detergent and let dry fully before first use. Once dry, attach the Kitchen Supply rosette iron to the handle and pre-heat in hot oil for up to 20 minutes. This will season the iron to allow it to release the dough properly. The more you use it the more seasoned it becomes and the rosettes will release easier. Dip the hot rosette iron into your batter and place in the hot oil until a crisp shell is created. Our rosette irons are proudly made in the USA of high-quality, food-grade aluminum.
