Dispenser Setup: Remove default parts; 1.Unscrew and remove the lid of the dispenser. 2. Squeeze the trigger handle about half-way down. 3. Unscrew and remove the threaded connector nut. Add Nitro Tip Set (found in plastic bag with red O rings); 1. Squeeze the trigger handle about half-way down. 2. Screw on the Nitro Connector Nut. 3. Screw on the Nitro Tip. Infusing Liquid with Nitro: 1.Pour the cold brew or other liquid into dispenser approximately 2/3 of the capacity. 2.Screw on lid of dispenser. 3.Insert charger into the charger holder. 4.Screw the charger holder onto the inlet valve. Continue turning until the nitro is released with a hissing sound and the charger holder is snug. 5.Carefully shake dispenser in a vertical direction. 6.To dispense, hold dispenser upside down vertically so the Nitro Tip is pointing downwards. Gently squeeze handle into glass or cup to dispense liquid. Helpful tips: Avoid adding granulated sweeteners like sugar into the dispenser. Only open the dispenser when the pressure has completely escaped. Press the lever until the hissing stops. All parts can be easily assembled so never use force. We do not recommend putting dispenser in the dishwasher
