Take your forehead temperature
1.Press the Power button to power on.
 2.Keep the probe cover touch your forehead on above the brow center.
 3.3.Press and release the Measure button in 1 second, after one beep is heard, now you can read the value.
Take your ear temperature
 1.Press the Power button to power on.
 2.Take off the probe cover, gently insert the probe into your ear and attach the probe to your ear canal. 3.Press and release the Measure button in 1 second, after one beep is heard, now you can read the value.
Turn off
1.Automatically: It will shut down automatically after it is not used for 10 second.
 2.2.Manually: Hold down the Power button for 5 seconds until the LED display screen shows nothing.
