1. Each of our products is individually packaged and you can use it with confidence, but because the product is small, your child should use under the supervision of an adult.
2. These are hotfix rhinestones, the hot fixing glue is already on the rhinestone, you can use the hotfix tool to DIY them (this package doesn't include any hot fixing tools).
