***Mylar Sheet*** The instructions reference the use of a Mylar Sheet but it's not necessary for these models so it is not included in the kit.
- [No Drilling Required] Your truck comes from the factory ready to accept this assist. By adding a few pieces of hardware with simple hand tools. Much easier than installing the factory part where the tailgate and tail light need to be removed.
- [Quick Install] Because all the mounting points are already there the installation doesn't take much time at all. Just follow the instructions that come with the kit for a smooth install.

- [Mounts to Driver's Side] Please be sure to mount on the drivers side. Also, the shock mount connected to the shaft should connect to the tailgate while the shock mount connected to the cylinder connects to the truck bed.
