How to Use:
Step 1 : stamp the corner of your eye by lightly placing the stamp on the outer corner of your eye to make a wing. You will get the Small tail for your eye line. It is very convenient for those who do not know how to draw the eye lines tail.
Step 2 : place the tip of your liner pen near the center of your upper lash line then gently draw a line that connects to the end of your original wing.
Step 3 : carefully fill in the gap between each line with the eyeliner pen.
Step 4 : retrace the line until the desired thickness is achieved.
